Synbio Technologies offers customer to produce high purity recombinant proteins ranging from milligram to gram level based on their propriety “GPS” platforms. Their patent Syno® Codon Optimization Technology helps to increase protein expression level significantly in any given host.
Synbio Technologies provides the yeast and bacterial expression systems. Based on customer’s request their powerful Syno® 2.0 gene synthesis platform, may be started from a fast gene synthesis. Customer needs to submit the protein sequence or gene, and the experts will provide customer with high quality purified recombinant protein in 6 weeks. In their patent codon optimization process, preferred codons are used, for avoiding the rare codons having low utilization, for simplification of mRNA’s secondary structure after gene transcription, for removing the motif that is not conducive to efficient expression and adding the helpful one, to optimize the GC content and other processes to re-design genes. Commercialization of gene synthesis has enhanced the application scope and influence of codon optimization.
Researchers of Synbio focus on the selection of exact and perfect expression vector and host system, ignoring if the gene and the vector and host system are compatible.
