Hellevi Kekäläinen Appointed President and CEO of Sanoma Trade

M.Sc.(Econ.) Hellevi Kekäläinen, 57, has been appointed Director of the Sanoma
Trade division and President and CEO of Rautakirja Ltd as of 15 February 2011.
Her predecessor Timo Mänty will act as an adviser to Rautakirja until 31 March
2011, when he will move outside the Sanoma Group.
Hellevi Kekäläinen has served Rautakirja as Senior Vice President, Finance and
Administration since 2004. Prior to that, she served Finnkino as Financial
Manager and Director of Finance and Administration. Kekäläinen has worked for
the Rautakirja Group since 1996.
