General Meeting of Shareholders 2011
Venlo, The Netherlands, 25 February 2011 - Océ confirms that the audited final
results for the 2010 financial year are equal to the provisional results that
were published on 26 January 2011.
In line with our dividend policy Océ will propose to shareholders that no
dividend will be declared over 2010, as already announced on 26 January 2011.
General Meeting of Shareholders
The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held in Venlo on Tuesday, 19
April 2011, commencing at 15.00 hours. The agenda for this meeting will be
available in printed form and also via the internet (investor.oce.com) as of 4
March 2011.

The Annual Report will be published on the internet (investor.oce.com) on 4
March 2011.
