COMPLETED BOND ISSUE SECURES PRODUCTION START IN DANNEMORA IN SPRING 2012
Dannemora Mineral AB has successfully completed a USD 120 million senior secured
bond issue.
With reference to the press release of [23 February 2011], Dannemora Mineral AB
has successfully completed a USD 120 million senior secured bond issue. The
bonds will pay a coupon of 11,75.% p.a. and have final maturity in March 2016.
First Securities AS acted as sole arranger of the bond issue. Endeavour
Financial International Corporation has acted as financial adviser to Dannemora
Mineral.
Dannemora will hold a Press Conference on Monday 28 February 11.00 at
Jernkontoret, Kungsträdgårdsgatan 10 Stockholm
