Leverkusen (24.01.2017) - The Management Board of Biofrontera AG (FSE: B8F) has announced on December 23, 2016, a resolution regarding the issue of up to 49,990 subordinate convertible debenture ("Debentures") in a total nominal amount of up to EUR 4,999,000 ("Convertible Bond"). The Debentures could be subscribed to at a subscription price of 100 % of the nominal value of a Debenture in an amount of EUR 100.00 per Debenture until and including January 23, 2017.
As per today's analysis, the Convertible Bond was placed in full.
