Outotec updates its Disclosure Policy
Outotec has updated its Disclosure Policy originally approved by the Board of
Directors in 2007. The Disclosure Policy outlines the key principles on how
Outotec communicates with the capital markets and other stakeholders. In
addition to some small adjustments, the main change to the previous policy is
that from now on Outotec discloses its orders received mainly as press releases
to ensure consistent disclosure practices about new orders.
