Grant of subscription rights in Thinfilm
(Thomson Reuters ONE) -
The board of directors of Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") resolved on 2
March 2011 to grant a total of 500,000 incentive subscription rights ("SRs") to
Jennifer Ernst, who has been appointed Vice President, North America in
Thinfilm. The grant was made under Thinfilm's 2010 Subscription Rights Incentive
Plan as resolved at Thinfilm's annual general meeting on 7 May 2010.
The exercise price of the SRs is NOK 1.63 per share. 25 per cent of the SRs vest
at each anniversary from the date of the grant. The SRs expire on 7 May 2015.
Following the grant, there are 14,540,417 SRs outstanding in Thinfilm.
