UPDATE - KLM articles can now be ordered pre-flight

AMSTELVEEN, 3 March 2011 - KLM Royal Dutch Airlines now offers its customers
the option of ordering articles ahead of their flight via the new shop.klm.com
(shop.klm.com). This includes the products usually available on board.
Cabin crew will deliver orders to customers on board. This service is available
on all intercontinental flights out of Amsterdam.
Online shopping offers customers greater convenience, allowing them to browse,
choose and order from the full product range.
Shop(at)KLM offers KLM passengers the added advantage that the online range is more
extensive than on board. Further products will be added to the range in the
coming period.
