Kesko's Annual Report, a separate Corporate Governance Statement and a
Remuneration Statement for 2010, referred to in the Finnish Corporate Governance
Code, have today been published in Finnish and English. The Annual Report
includes the financial statements, the consolidated financial statements, the
Report by the Board of Directors and the Auditors' Report.
The Annual Report and the Corporate Governance Statement can be read and
downloaded from www.kesko.fi/investors. Printed Annual Reports can be ordered
from the same web address.
The Remuneration Statement, referred to in the Corporate Governance Code, can be
read at the same web address as part of the extensive presentation of the
principles of Kesko's Corporate Governance.
