PrairieSky Royalty Declares February Dividend and Announces Conference Call for 2016 Annual Results
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 02/15/17 -- PrairieSky Royalty Ltd. ("PrairieSky") (TSX: PSK) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of CDN $0.06 per common share, payable in cash on March 15, 2017 to shareholders of record on February 28, 2017. This dividend is designated as an "eligible dividend" for Canadian income tax purposes.
PrairieSky will release its Annual and Q4 2016 results on Monday, February 27, 2017 after markets close. The news release detailing PrairieSky's 2016 results will provide operating and financial information.
