Dr Windle was Chief of Plastic Surgery and the Plastic Surgery Training Program at Case Western University in Cleveland, Ohio, before being recruited to Seattle. He developed the plastic surgery program at Providence Hospitals, and was names one of the top 100 plastic surgery influencers in America by RealSelf.
