The Main Board of Directors of SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge proposes that the
Supervisory Board resolves to conduct equity capital increases, a bonus issue
and a split of the bank's equity certificates. In connection with such proposal,
the bank has issued an information letter to owners of equity certificates in
the bank; available at the bank's web-site: snn.no/IR

This information is subject of the disclosure requirements acc. to §5-12 vphl
(Norwegian Securities Trading Act)
