Final financial statements

The Board of Directors has on the 29 March 2011 approved the final 2010
financial statements for Acta Holding ASA and the Acta Group.
As the Acta Group is now showing satisfactory profitability, the Board will
propose to the Annual general meeting to pay a dividend of NOK 0.10 per share
for the financial year 2010.
Please see the Consolidated Income Statement, the Consolidated Balance Sheet,
the Consolidated Statement of Changes in Equity and the Consolidated Cash Flow
Statement for the Acta Group attached on www.newsweb.no and on Acta`s investor
relations pages on www.acta.no.
