New reporting structure and EBITA definition for 2011

(Oslo, 31 March 2011) EDB ErgoGroup ASA announced in connection with the
presentation of its report for the fourth quarter of 2010 that the company
intended to change its definition of EBITA and make some adjustments to its
reporting structure with effect from 2011.
With effect from 2011, it will include the amortisation of software developed
in-house in its reported EBITA in order to better reflect profitability and to
strengthen the link between profitability and the company's free cash flow. The
revised definition is in line with current practice and developments seen at
comparable companies.
EDB ErgoGroup intends to continue with its current service segments of IT
Operations, Solutions and Consulting, but it has made some changes to the
allocation of certain business units between the reporting areas. These changes
have been made to strengthen the relationship between the company's internal
organisational structure and its external reporting.
In addition to reporting total figures for each service segment, the company
will also report key figures for each service segment's activities in Norway and
Sweden in order to give the market better insight into the company's financial
performance.
In connection with these changes, EDB ErgoGroup has prepared proforma figures
for 2009 and 2010, and these are provided in an appendix to this announcement.
