accepted the coveted award for the 2017 "Best Passenger Service" on Wednesday,
March 15, 2017 during the Awards Gala at the 13th Annual ARN Revenue Conference
& Exhibition. Voted on by members of the airport concession community, the "Best
Passenger Service" award recognizes excellence in providing travelers with
unique non-retail, non-food services such as, but not limited to spas, airport
lounges and tech services.
The Airport Revenue News recognizes some of the top performers in the airport
and concessions industries during its Awards Gala at the ARN Revenue Conference
& Exhibition banquet Wednesday in New Orleans. The awards were the culmination
of the three-day event, which attracted more than 1,000 industry executives who
gathered to network with peers and to learn about the latest industry trends.
