The dentist office has launched a new website to educate Morristown area residents about its dental practice and offer information about what services it offers. Its purpose is to better serve and educate its patients.
The website features a form which patients can fill out to request whether a specific time is available for an appointment. Dental Associates’ scheduling coordinator contacts the patient to confirm the appointment.
New patients can find directions to the office, what hours the office is open, and its payment policies. They can print out new patient forms and complete them before they arrive for their appointment.
An extensive online dental library features articles about dental problems and what treatments are available. Sensitive teeth, jaw disorders and how diabetes can affect oral health are some of the topics covered.
“You’ll find a lot of valuable information on the website about dental problems, diagnoses and treatments,” said dentist Dr. Bill Ratz. “We believe informed patients are better prepared to make decisions about their health and well-being. We encourage you to review this information to help you understand any dental health concerns you may face.”
There is a contact form that patients can use if they need more information.
Dental Associates of Basking Ridge has provided dental care for patients in the Basking Ridge, Bernardsville and Morristown area since 1947. The dental practice includes Drs. Ratz, Steven Kuitems and Sam Faltas.
Along with general dentistry, services include teeth whitening, dental implants and fillings.
