Bond tranches

Stavanger, 4 April 2011: Reference is made to the notification dated 1 April
2011, stating that Norwegian Energy Company ASA (Noreco, OSE: NOR) has
successfully completed a new 5 year senior secured bond issue of NOK 600
million. The allocation between the two tranches of the bond issue has now been
completed. The borrowing amount in the fixed rate tranche will be NOK 275
million and the borrowing amount in the floating rate tranche will be NOK 325
million.
