NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN DANNEMORA MINERAL
The Board of Dannemora Mineral AB (publ) has today issued a notice convening the
annual general meeting which will take place at 4 p.m. on Tuesday 3 May 2011 at
Stora Salen, Jernkontoret, Kungsträdgårdsgatan 10, Stockholm.
The record date for entitlement to take part in the meeting is Wednesday 27
April 2011. Other information about the meeting can be found in the appendix to
this Press Release. The notice also appears in today s issues of Svenska
Dagbladet and Post och Inrikes Tidningar (The Swedish Gazette).
