The 5T Ranch is located west of Gainesville, Tx about 20 miles and has been in the Tatom family for 18 years. This ranch shows what intensive habitat and building new lakes for wildlife and fisheries can do to increase the value of a property. Tatom has brought this talent to Montana and is helping MT Farmers and Ranchers build additional revenue streams and increase the recreational value of their land. Tatom states, "we have seen a five fold increase in value of this property through a long term plan of increasing carrying capacity and through building lakes to help encourage world class fisheries."
