Amsterdam, the Netherlands, April 11, 2011 - Ahold has repurchased 1,027,426
Ahold common shares in the period from April 4, 2011 up to and including April,
8, 2011.
The shares were repurchased at an average price of ? 9.6639 per share for a
total consideration of ? 9.93 million. These repurchases were made as part of
the ? 1 billion share buyback program announced on March 3, 2011.
The total number of shares repurchased under this program to date is 6,203,624
common shares for a total consideration of ? 58.43 million.
