The partnership will encompass closer collaboration of Project DSM and Discovery Works to provide additional support for the clients of both companies based on the combination of more consulting expertise through Discovery Works and the powerful features of the Project DSM software packages. This will have the benefit for client organisations that through close collaboration between the two companies capabilities are leveraged and better client project outcomes are delivered quicker. A recent example of this strategic partnership is a large project for a major Australian government agency, that has produced new project insights for the project managers to apply in their organisation.
Project DSM has been providing services and software to both international and domestic client organisations throughout most industry sectors and Ms Delyth Samuel, Director of Discovery Works has years of general management, strategy, research, commercialisation, innovation and business development expertise.
In the near future, customers of both companies can expect that unnecessary complexity in their projects can be reduced by using the Project DSM software.
