GAM Holding AG today published the invitation (including the agenda) for its
Annual General Meeting to be held on 27 April 2017. The full invitation and

The agenda includes a proposal by the Board of Directors to cancel GAM Holding
AG's conditional share capital and therefore delete article 3.4 from its
Articles of Incorporation, which are available on www.gam.com/aoi2016.
