Board of Directors of Stonesoft Corporation elected Hannu Turunen as Chairman
and Timo Syrjälä as Vice Chairman. The Board of Directors established an Audit
Committee and Hannu Turunen, Harri Koponen and Timo Syrjälä were elected as its
members.
