EEStor Grants Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 04/06/17 -- EEStor Corporation (TSX VENTURE: ESU) ("EEStor" or the "Company") announced today that, subject to regulatory approval, it has granted stock options to directors, officers and employees of the Company and subsidiary EEStor, Inc. to acquire an aggregate of 5,499,512 common shares. The options were granted pursuant to the Company's new fixed stock option plan which was ratified by disinterested shareholders at the Company's annual and special meeting held on March 28, 2017. Each option is exercisable to acquire one common share at a price of $0.57. All options are subject to vesting restrictions and expire five years from the date of grant.
