On April 3, 2017, Thermador Groupe and its subsidiaries, Aello and Jetly were
summoned to appear before the commercial tribunal of Rennes by 2 companies,
Diffusion Equipements Loisirs (DEL) and Multifija on the grounds of unfair
competition and parasitism on the swimming pool equipment and accessories
markets. We deplore this legal action, reject all the accusations and are
preparing our defence.
