A notification of 6 April 2017 by Ackermans & van Haaren SA, with registered
office at Begijnenvest 113, 2000 Antwerp, shows that an intra-group transfer
occurred, Ackermans & van Haaren SA having taken over 1,444,748 shares in
Leasinvest Real Estate SCA from its subsidiary Extensa Participations II
S.A.R.L. After this transaction, Ackermans & van Haaren SA, holds, directly and
indirectly, a stake of 30.01% in Leasinvest Real Estate SCA.

Leasinvest amounts to over ? 860 million spread across the Grand Duchy of

The total direct portfolio is invested in retail (48%), offices (37%) and
logistics (15%).
