Three collaborating municipalities choose solutions from EDB ErgoGroup

(Oslo, 15 April 2011) Three collaborating municipalities in Sunnhordland have
jointly entered into an agreement with EDB ErgoGroup for new accounting and
payroll/HR systems. The agreement runs for six years, and represents total
contract value of approximately NOK 10 million.
The agreement provides for EDB ErgoGroup to deliver a centrally-operated AGRESSO
solution via the internet (ASP) for the three municipalities, namely Tysnes,
Fusa and Samnanger. The solution will meet the municipalities' IT requirements
in respect of accounting, payroll/HR, competence development, recruitment and
invoicing.
The new solutions will be in full production for the municipalities from 1
January 2012. The three municipalities have some 10,000 residents in total.
"This agreement further strengthens EDB ErgoGroup's position in Hordaland
county, and we now provide similar solutions to around half of the
municipalities in the county. This also serves to confirm that EDB ErgoGroup
delivers the market's leading solutions for these functions", comments Håvard
