Geneva, 15 April 2011. Skyguide, Switzerland's air navigation service provider,
has named Alex Bristol as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). He will assume
his duties in July. Skyguide is delighted to have appointed a further proven
specialist with extensive industry experience and expertise to its Board of
Management ranks.

Alex Bristol, who is 42 and a Swiss/British dual national, is currently serving
as Development and Investment Director at NATS, the UK's air navigation service
provider. In this key strategic function, he is also a member of the Executive
Team of NATS En-route Ltd. NATS enjoys a strong reputation as a European air
navigation service provider which maintains an exceptionally advanced safety
culture and has positioned itself highly effectively in the increasingly
liberalised international air navigation services market.

Urs Ryf, skyguide's current COO, announced last November that he intended to
step down from the position for personal reasons. He will now familiarise Alex
Bristol with his new skyguide duties.

Trained as an air traffic controller
Alex Bristol began his career with NATS in 1992, and went on to serve as an air
traffic controller, instructor and supervisor at London Heathrow Airport. From
2003 onwards he was successively appointed General Manager of Operations at
Farnborough, Manchester, West Drayton and Swanwick (Europe's largest air traffic
control centre).

A continued focus on strategic positioning
As well as shaping NATS's development and investment strategy since 2009, Alex
Bristol has also been responsible for the service's military customers. "We are
delighted with Alex's credentials," confirms skyguide CEO Daniel Weder. "He is

the ideal appointee to our COO position. He has an outstanding track record in
developing an advanced safety culture; and he is already a key player in the
overall strategic development of Europe's air navigation services."
