Communication setting out the arrangements for the supplying of the Registration

The Registration Document of COFACE SA for 2016 (Document de référence 2016 in
French) was filed with the French financial markets authority (Autorité des
marchés financiers - AMF) on April 12(th )2017, and registered under the visa
number R.17-016.
Copies of the 2016 Registration Document are available free of charge at COFACE
