397,408 Orion A-shares converted into B-shares

ORION CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 20 April 2011 AT 9.40 a.m. EEST
In accordance with Section 3 of the Articles of Association of Orion
Corporation, 397,408 A-shares have been converted into 397,408 B-shares. The
conversion has been entered into the Trade Register on 20 April 2011.
The total number of shares in Orion Corporation is 141,257,828 which, after the
conversion, consists of 47,086,291 A-shares and 94,171,537 B-shares.
