Marathon Petroleum Corp. announces dividend

FINDLAY, Ohio, April 26, 2017 - Marathon Petroleum Corp. (NYSE: MPC) announced
today that its board of directors declared a dividend of $0.36 per share on
common stock. The dividend is payable June 12, 2017, to shareholders of record
as of the close of business May 17, 2017.
On April 27, MPC will provide an update on its 2017 first-quarter results
through an earnings release, to be followed by a conference call scheduled for
9 a.m. EDT that day. Interested parties may listen to the conference call by
