GOLAR LNG ENERGY LIMITED - Mandatory Notification of Trade
Golar LNG Energy Limited ("Golar Energy" or the "Company") reports that after
transactions executed April 26(th) and 27(th) Golar LNG Limited has through a
share swap acquired 69,815,792 Golar Energy shares. The sellers will receive one
Golar LNG Limited share for every 6.06 Golar Energy shares acquired. In addition
Golar LNG Limited has acquired an additional 9,014,198 Golar Energy shares at
NOK 26.80 per share. Golar LNG Limited now owns 94.2% of the Company
corresponding to 224,261,418 shares.
