1Q 2011 Financial Results NERATEL, Singapore

NeraTel achieved revenue in the first quarter of SGD 35.9 million, compared to
SGD 32.9 million in the corresponding quarter last year. EBIT for the quarter
was SGD 3.0 million compared to SGD 2.1 million in in the first quarter 2010.
Net profit was SGD 2.3 million compared to SGD 2.2 million in the first quarter
2010.
Please note that due to different accounting principles Eltek will report
different figures for NeraTel in its Group results, the main difference being
amortization of intangible assets identified as part of the Purchase Price
Allocation (PPA), different treatment of currency effects and some differences
in classifications.
