Q1 2011 results and webcast/teleconference on 25 May 2011

Prosafe SE will publish its results for the first quarter of 2011 on 25 May
2011 at approx. 01:00 p.m. CET. In connection with the release, Karl Ronny
Klungtvedt, CEO and Sven Børre Larsen, CFO will hold a webcast/teleconference
the same day at 02:00 p.m. CET.
To listen to the presentation there are two options available:
1. Webcast

To listen to the conference call from the web you need to have installed Windows
Media Player and you need to have a sound card on your computer. It will be
possible to ask questions via e-mail during the presentation.
