PAYMENT OF OKMETIC OYJ BOARD MEMBERS' REMUNERATION IN THE FORM OF SHARES HELD BY
THE COMPANY
In line with the decisions of the annual general meeting and the board of
directors, Okmetic Oyj has today transferred 11,711 shares to the board members
as payment of the annual remuneration.
Okmetic's annual general meeting on 7 April 2011 decided that the annual
remuneration of the company's board members will be paid in the form of company
shares and in a monetary amount covering taxes.
It was decided, that the following annual remuneration shall be paid to the
members of the board of directors: 40,000 euro to the chairman and 30,000 euro
to the vice chairman of the board of directors and 20,000 euro to the other
members of the board of directors. In addition, it was decided that the board
members will be paid meeting remuneration, amount of which is 750 euro/meeting
for the chairman and 500 euro/meeting for other board members.
After the transfer of shares the company holds a total of 66,143 own shares.
