Top recruitments sets Haglöfs flying

Haglöfs strengthens its organization by recruiting a new strategic design
manager and a new CFO. The recruitments constitute another step in line with the
company's long-term strategic plan and expansion of the Haglöfs brand.
Espen Mortensen has been appointed new CFO of Haglöfs. He has previous
experience from similar positions with Electrolux Australia, Electrolux Sweden
and, most recently, ICA. Espen will be a member of the Haglöfs management team
and takes up his position on July 1, 2011 when the incumbent CFO, Jim Jonsson,
retires.
"Espen's extensive and varied background, which includes experience from
international finance, in combination with his commercial focus will mean a lot
for Haglöfs' global strategy and when entering new markets" says Haglöfs' CEO,
Nicolas Warchalowski.
Fredrik Lundberg has been appointed Strategic Design Manager of Haglöfs. Fredrik
comes from Peak Performance and, previous to that, from Norröna, but he has a
solid background with Haglöfs where he worked for seven years up to 2007. In
addition to heading the Haglöfs design team, Fredrik will play a leading role in
developing the company's overall product strategy. He starts in his position by
the end of August 2011.
"Fredrik is a world-class designer. He has been essential in developing the
design that characterizes the present-day image of Haglöfs and is also behind
many of our most successful products. The industry experience, extensive
knowledge about technical outdoor equipment and sense of detail that Fredrik
possesses are second to none. We are honored and proud to have him return to
Haglöfs after a few years of absence" says Johnny Claus, Product & Production
Director of Haglöfs.
