(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/12/17 -- Guardian Capital Group Limited (TSX: GCG)(TSX: GCG.A) (the "Corporation") announced the results of the director elections at its annual meeting of shareholders held earlier today. Each of the following nominees was elected as a director of the Corporation to serve until the termination of the next annual meeting of the shareholders:
In addition to the election of directors, Shareholders also appointed KPMG LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants, Toronto, Ontario, as auditors of the Corporation for the ensuing year, at a remuneration to be agreed upon between the auditors and the directors.
