Highly performant labeling head IXOR - to be integrated in production lines
cab expands its product range with the labeling head IXOR. It is driven by a high-torque servo motor. In the high-end range, maximum label web speeds of 200 m/min are offered. With the high torque motor wide label webs up to 310 mm width are utilized. The highly dynamic power unit enables a dispensing throughput of up to 2,400 labels per minute.

54 mm chassis depth and a modular construction kit perfectly allow IXOR to be integrated into labeling machines or attached to conveyors in a production line via a wide range of accessories such as mounting equipment. The basic unit of the labeling head is provided in widths of 124, 186, 248 and 310 mm, either in left- or right-handed orientation.
With many variations
A large-scale modular system of rewinders, unwinders and peel edges enable to configure IXOR according to any customer specification. Label unwinders may process label rolls up to 16“ outside diameter. The swing lever and an integrated brake mechanism provide consistent tension of the label web. By this, pre-printed labels can be applied to products or packaging fast and accurate.
Flexible
Input voltage of 100-240 V - 50/60 Hz allows the labeling head to be linked to all common power supplies. By means of the LAN and the serial interface, IXOR can be easily connected to existent control units. As regards service purposes such as firmware updates, reading out formats and diagnostics, IXOR comes standard with Wi-Fi.
Easy to use
IXOR has been designed with a color touchscreen. The smartphone-like user interface allows direct access to individual menu items. A sub menu is featured containing more than 150 functions. Video tutorials give user support.
