SAMUEL DYER CORIAT APPOINTED CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CAMPOSOL HOLDING PLC

On 28 April 2011, it was unanimously resolved to appoint Mr. Samuel B. Dyer
Coriat, as of the next Board of Directors' meeting, Chairman of the Board of
Directors of Camposol Holding Plc. Yesterday, 4 May 2011, another meeting was
held and, thus, Mr. Dyer Coriat presided the meeting as the new Chairman.
Mr. Samuel E. Dyer Ampudia is still a member of the Board of Directors of
Camposol Holding Plc and since yesterday May 4, 2011 will seat as Deputy
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Camposol Holding Plc.
