Further to the initiation of the share buy-back programme announced on 10 August
2016, Ageas reports the purchase of 177,984 Ageas shares on NYSE Euronext
Brussels in the period from 08-05-2017 until 12-05-2017.

Since the start of the share buy-back programme on 15 August 2016, Ageas has
bought back 5,309,990 shares for a total amount of EUR 187,989,090. This
corresponds to 2.45% of the total shares outstanding.
