Thinfilm Annual General Meeting Held

Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") held its annual general meeting on 10
May2011. 55 per cent of the shares were represented.
All resolutions were made in accordance with the proposals contained in the
notice of the meeting-
Board members Morten Opstad, CatarinaGöthe, William R. Salaneck and RolfÅberg
were re-elected for a new period of two years (Margareta Josefsson was elected
for a period of two years at last years' annual general meeting). In addition,
the annual general meeting elected one new board member, Rita Glenne.
