(PresseBox) - At this year?s edition of the LIGNA trade fair, Venjakob showcased the VEN SPRAY SMART, COMFORT and PERFECT spray painting machines as well as the VARIO robot technology, all of them competing under the theme of the Le Mans 24 Hours Race. Accordingly, each of the units on display won with flying colours in the various segments ranging from entry level to heavy-duty industrial use.
Faster to the finish
Trade fair visitors particularly appreciated the ease of operation of the three machines, which were set up down to the tiniest detail.
The VEN SPRAY COMFORT model was complemented by convenient solutions that help customers design their processes even more reliably and logically whilst further increasing their degree of automation.
Integrated networking technology ensures communication between individual plant components and provides a wide variety of options for analysing process data generated by the system.
Process control relies on monitoring the flow rate in the spray painting systems. Logged machine data enable predictive maintenance. A camera system installed in the booth makes it possible for the operator to analyse the spray-jet geometry. In future, the system will be combined with an automatic detection feature and enable self-testing.
RFID tags ensure quick paint change to simplify and speed up production even more.
All coating lines can be extended to include the tried and tested Venjakob pre-treatment, cleaning, drying and handling solutions, either right from the start or as a retrofit option, thanks to the modular design of the equipment.
Accelerating from zero to full speed in no time based on thorough expertise from a single source ? this was the message conveyed by Venjakob, the manufacturer of complete surface coating systems based in Rheda-Wiedenbrück, Germany, at this year?s LIGNA edition.
