("Explor" or "the Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: EXS)(OTCQB: EXSFF)(FRANKFURT: E1H1)(BERLIN: E1H1) is announcing an erratum to the Press release issued on June 6, 2017 pertaining to the acquisition of 1 mining claim (8 units) totalling 128 hectares situated in the Porcupine Mining division, District of Cochrane, Wark Township, Ontario. In the second paragraph of the Press Release dated June 6, 2017, the NSR percentage indicated should have read 1% instead of 2%. The second paragraph of the Press Release dated June 6, 2017, should have stated:
Explor Resources Inc. will pay a total of $2,000 and issue 400,000 common shares for an Option to acquire a 100% interest in the additional Kidd Township claim. The sellers have retained a 1.0% NSR in the property. This acquisition is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
