Cryo-Save Group NV: AGM Resolutions passed

Cryo-Save Group N.V. (Euronext: CRYO, 'Cryo-Save', or 'the Group'), the leading
international family stem cell bank, announces that all resolutions at today's
AGM were passed.
The following timetable will apply to both the cash dividend of 7 euro cents,
withholding 15% dividend tax and the dividend in shares:
Ex-dividend date 20 May 2011
Record date 24 May 2011
Period to opt for dividend in cash or in shares 20 May 2011 - 3 June 2011
Period for determination dividend rights 20 May 2011 - 3 June 2011
Announcement exchange ratio (after closure NYSE 3 June 2011
Euronext Amsterdam)
Payment date 16 June 2011
All Ordinary Shares that are on the Group's shareholder register on 24 May 2011
will be entitled to the dividend. Shareholders who do not opt to receive shares
will automatically receive a cash dividend.
