(TSX: MRE) ("Martinrea" or the "Company") a leader in the development and production of quality metal parts, assemblies and modules, fluid management systems and complex aluminum products focused primarily on the automotive sector, announced today the results of the election of directors at its annual general meeting, which was held on June 14, 2017 (the "Meeting").

The total number Common Shares of the Company represented in person or by proxy at the Meeting was 60,156,347, which represented 69.54% of the 86,512,167 Common Shares of the Company that were outstanding on May 10, 2017.
