LBi announces change in Supervisory Board

LBi International N.V. ("LBi") announces that Joost Tjaden has decided to step
down as a member of the Supervisory Board of LBi effective as of the AGM to be
held on 26 May 2011. Mr Tjaden's decision is based on personal circumstances
unrelated to LBi.
LBi's Supervisory Board respects Mr Tjaden's decision and wishes to thank him
for his valuable contribution to the company. An EGM will be held in due course
to approve the appointment of his to be nominated successor.
