Final transactions in connection with share buyback programme
On 6 April 2017, Nets A/S ("Nets") announced that a share buyback programme of
up to 1,200,000 shares had been initiated for the purpose of hedging Nets' long-
term incentive programmes. Purchases of shares under the buyback programme have
been carried out in accordance with the provisions of Commission Delegated
Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of 8 March 2016 (the "Safe Harbour Regulation").
Today, Nets announces the final transactions carried out under the current share
buyback programme.
The following transactions have been executed in the period 12 June 2017 to 16

corresponding to 0.6% of the total share capital.
