Handelsbanken sell shares in Skanska to Lundbergföretagen

Svenska Handelsbanken AB has on 22 May 2011 sold 1 000 000 shares of Series A in
Skanska AB to LE Lundbergföretagen AB. Lundbergföretagen is controlled by
Fredrik Lundberg who is also a member of the Board of Directors of Svenska
Handelsbanken AB. The sale will have a marginal positive effect on the bank's
result for the second quarter of 2011.
On 22 May 2011 also Handelsbanken's Pensionsstiftelse and Handelsbanken's
Pensionskassa sold an aggregated number of 2 600 000 shares of Series A in
Skanska AB to LE Lundbergföretagen AB.
