The Annual General Meeting in Acta Holding ASA resolved on 25 May 2011 to adopt
the annual report and accounts for the Acta Group and Acta Holding ASA for
2010, including payment of dividend of NOK 0.10 per share, as proposed by the
Board of directors. The shares is traded ex dividend as of 26 May 2011.
