Norske Skog - private bond offering
Norske Skogindustrier ASA announced today that it launched a private offering of
up to ?300 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes. The notes will
be unsecured obligations of Norske Skog. Norske Skog intends to use the net
proceeds from the sale of the notes to repay a portion of its existing
indebtedness.
